Attachment Style Quiz โ How this quiz works
This quiz offers a quick, plain-language look at four commonly discussed adult attachment patterns. Names and wording are original; the general idea of attachment patterns comes from published attachment research.
Scoring
Each answer adds points to one pattern (sometimes two). Scores are normalized per pattern; the highest is shown as your primary pattern and the runner-up as secondary. Ties are broken by the 'depending on a partner' question, then by a fixed order.
